Customized items need to be individually assembled, manufactured and monitored for quality. This means that your customized jacket takes longer to reach you. Usually it takes approximately 5 – 7 working days to receive your customized order.

To return an item purchased from our online store for a refund, simply go to the contact form, and then complete the steps outlined there.

We will email you a return shipping label (with instructions) that you can print out and stick to the box. Please pack your item carefully, along with all original packing materials, accessories, and the original packing slip and/or email confirmation. Once the item has been received back to unicouture, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment and will appear on your account within two billing cycles.

Standard college jackets can be returned within 14 days of the date you received it.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Customized college jackets cannot be returned as these products are assembled to your exact specifications. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in this case.
